[Nanjing, April 16, 2025] On this special day, we have achieved a major breakthrough in the strategic cooperation with SAIC Maxus Co., Ltd. - the L4 stamping line project of the stamping center jointly built by the two parties was officially put into production at SAIC Maxus Nanjing Factory. Under the joint witness of senior leaders, technical experts and industry representatives of both parties, this landmark project has successfully achieved full-line connection, marking a new stage in the intelligent upgrading of the domestic automobile manufacturing field.

Technological innovation leads the industry benchmark

The launch of the full-line connected product symbolizes that this project will enter a new stage. As a key project of our company's general contracting, this project covers a number of industry-leading technological transformations, mainly including the relocation and transformation of the press (the original manufacturer is SCHULER) and intelligent transformation; upgrading the original automated double-arm system to a single-arm system independently developed by Haozhong; by optimizing the process flow, the beat is increased from the original 13spm to 15spm; the logistics length of the entire line is compressed from 72 meters to 58 meters, and the space utilization rate is increased by 19.4%. This project not only demonstrates our company's top strength in the field of whole-line integration and press transformation, but also provides a "high-efficiency, intensive, intelligent and environmentally friendly" solution model for the automotive manufacturing industry.

Through the innovative application of energy recovery technology and intelligent start-stop devices, it is expected to achieve a 22% reduction in unit energy consumption. This breakthrough achievement is deeply in line with the development concept of "technology-driven, green manufacturing" of both companies, and provides a replicable practical path for the industry's carbon emission reduction goals.

On this basis, our company has planned to invest more than 30 million yuan in special R&D funds, focusing on cutting-edge technologies such as digital twins and AI visual inspection.
