In the fast-paced automotive manufacturing industry, every minute counts. When SAIC Maxus faced an unexpected production line issue during a critical die task, the clock was already ticking. Our local engineers, Jian Liang and Hao Wang, immediately arrived on-site and began 36 hours of continuous support—from equipment troubleshooting to optimizing the production process. When a robotic arm malfunction occurred in the early hours of the morning, our automation expert Qingshan Zhan provided precise remote service, resolving the technical challenge in real time. Thanks to this seamless on-site and remote collaboration, the production deadline was met without compromise.

Our relationship with SAIC Maxus began in 2024, when we first collaborated on project planning and installation. By May 2025, the pressline was fully operational. Throughout this journey, we have worked closely with their team, building not only a reliable system but also a relationship based on mutual trust and understanding. This recent experience further solidifies what we've always believed: great partnerships are built on timely support, clear communication, and shared commitment.
