Recently, a 5000T intelligent tandem pressline, equipped with a core automation system provided by Haozhong Automation, successfully completed final commissioning an overseas customer site and was officially delivered and put into operation in December 2025. The successful completion of this project not only marks another significant breakthrough for our partner Yadon, in the high-end overseas market but also fully demonstrates Haozhong Automation's leading technology and exceptional delivery capabilities in the field of stamping automation, particularly in the provision of large-scale, high-speed production line solutions.

The delivered 5000T pressline integrates one press YS4L-2000 and three large presses YS4-1000. As a key automation partner, Haozhong Automation designed and delivered a complete 7-axis robotic automation transfer system tailored for the entire line, covering processes from loading at the line head to unloading at the line tail. The system features precise design and stable operation, seamlessly synchronizing with Yadon's high-performance presses. This collaboration enables the production line to achieve an intermittent high-speed stamping rate of 8–12 strokes per minute, ensuring efficient, smooth, and reliable production processes.
